She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Wilson and Ruby Wilson (Hicks); her husband Everett Lee Owens; and her siblings, Donald, Edward, Josh, Ralph Wilson, Luella Carter and Buena Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, David Owens (Lori) of Davenport, IA, Brian Owens (Sonja) of Warner Robins, GA, Vicki Conner (Bob) of Davenport, IA and Jeni Howland of Davenport, IA. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren: 26 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life Baptist Church.
