She is survived by: her husband Richard Payne; her children, Delores Prude (Wendell) of Davenport, Allie Kelly of Davenport, Veronica Payne of Davenport, Joseph Kelly of Davenport and Ritchie Payne of Davenport; her grandchildren, Darrell Kelly, K'voscia Payne, Kíya Payne and Kaleb Payne; and her great grandchildren, Kennell Kelly, Ketrell Kelly and Kyngsten Payne.
