Eugene L. Cyphers Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Eugene L. Cyphers of Davenport, Iowa. Eugene, born on July 24, 1936, passed away on August 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cyphers and Florence Cyphers (Ozias); and his brother George. He is survived by: his nephew Stephen Cyphers; and his niece Mary Babiarz. He is also survived by family and a host of friends.
