She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Ehlers and Ethel Ehlers (Hallmann); her husband Charles Leamer; her son David Leamer; her brother Alvin Ehlers (Chuck); her grandson Derek Sullivan; and her pet Sparky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debora Sullivan (Jim) of Davenport and Cheryl Leamer; her mothers-in-law, Diana Holst of Eldridge and Donna Wiederin (Scott) of Breda, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Zachary Holst (Shannon), Levi Leamer, Chase Leamer (Sydney), Grant Wiederin, Kati Godden (Mark), Amanda Morrison, Morgan Dykstra and Kaylyn Wiederin; her stepgrandchildren, Justin and Sara; and her sister-in-law Arlene Ehlers.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
