It is with sadness that the passing of Frank Allen of Davenport, Iowa is shared. Frank, born on April 29, 1956, passed away on September 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Allen and Janet Allen (Stuhr). He is survived by: his siblings, Ellen Skiver and Walter Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Runge Mortuary and Crematory (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Frank's name to Vera French Community Mental Health Center.
