He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grimm and Hilda Grimm (Steenbock); and his spouse Shirley C. Rauch. He is survived by: his children, Deb Meyer, Brenda VanEslander and Ross Grimm (Tina); his sister Dolores Esbaum; his brother-in-law Arnold Rauch; his grandchildren, Cori Ritchie (Shane), Chad Hoing, Jamie Schroeder (Kyle), Tiffany (Justin), Joe Skiff (Caitlin) and Cody Grimm; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Delaney, Caden, Landen, Max, Cora, Sophia, Ryland and Ava; his cousin Bob Grimm; and his caregivers, Ann Hanson, Bill and Nell.

Memorials may be made in his honor to the church.
