She was predeceased by: her parents, Czech Bazata (Christina) and Anton Bazata. She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her close friend Vlasta (Chuck); and her children, Chucky, NJ, Chuck, Christine and Craig. She is also survived by 6 nieces, 2 nephews, and a brother in law.
