He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Maylum (Aaron) of Davenport and Adam Herbst (Chelsie) of Davenport; his siblings, Brechler Herbst of Davenport and Noah Shrader (Taylor); his nieces and nephews, Norah and Klay of Moline; his siblings, Emmaly Maylum of Davenport and Keegan Maylum of Davenport; his grandparents, Gary Herbst of Moline, Kris Magiera, Ginger Herbst of Davenport, Jim Shrader (Cosette) of Bettendorf, Mike Krach (Mickey) of Venice, FL, Pam Petersen (Rex) of Davenport and Mark Maylum of Missouri; and his girlfriend Haley Brown of Iowa City.
