He was predeceased by: his parents, James Curtis and Mildred Curtis (Hanson); and his daughter Stephanie Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, Jimmy Curtis (Jenny) of Peoria, IL and David; his son-in-law Michael Ratliff; and his sister Gladys Daniels. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
