He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett W. Weeks and Betty L. Weeks (McCannon); and his wife Jackie. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda (Dennis Johnson), Kathy (Jim Carlson), Russell Weeks of Inverness and Scott (Judy Weeks). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
