She is survived by: her mother Mona Lea Mlekush (Lyons) of Moline; her children, Elijah Adams (Taylor) of Rock Island, Mylee Adams (Ryan Harris) of Rock Island, Shahib Kouyate of Davenport and Alexander Rhoads of Davenport; her granddaughter Alani "Birdie" Harris; her father Richard Mlekush (Vicki) of Colona; her grandparents, Alice Lyons of Moline and Ronald Mlekush of Moline; her brother Jeremy Mlekush (Kalli) of Las Vegas; her nieces and nephews, Kasen Ross, Kalvin Mlekush, Kinley Mlekush, Zachary Mlekush, Zayne Mlekush, Zander Mlekush and Rhys Mlekush; her aunts and uncles, Keith Mlekush, Sherry Reid, Mark Mlekush (MaryAnn), Margaret Carroll and Sandy Schlorf; her cousins, Emily Iverson (Justin), Beth Rasmussen (Ryan), Gabe Mlekush, Angelina Mlekush, Jessica Stump and Elijah; her uncle Michael Adams (Treena); and her stepbrother Jeffrey Hovey. She is also survived by friends and co-workers.
