She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton White and Maude White (Moreland); her husband Jerry; her grandchildren, Angela Gillespie and Bryan Struckman; her siblings, David White, Mary Ethel Bouche, John White, Donald White, Jane Nau and Myrla White; her son-in-law John R. Costello; and her sister-in-law Patricia Geist.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Costello of Springfield, IL, Linda Gillespie (Kim) of Davenport and Sheila Struckman (David) of Donahue; and her grandchildren, Justin Costello (Kelly), John T. Costello (Brittany), James R. Costello, Rebecca "Becky" Hains (Wayne), Allen Gillespie, Jerome Hughes, Cory Hughes (Jesse), Keri Struckman and Andrea Willard (David Halligan).
Memorials may be made to the Ruff Life Dog Rescue of ILLOWA or the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
