He is survived by: his brother Charles; his wife Diane F. Diedrichsen of Davenport; his children, James Jay, Linda Higgins (John) of Longmont and Jim Kemmerer (Kara) of Eldridge; his grandchildren, John "JP" Higgins, Erin Higgins, Tierney Higgins, Brandt Kemmerer and Evie Kemmerer; his stepgranddaughter Kylie Radosevich (Tyler); his siblings, Linda Moore and Chuck Kemmerer (Vi); and his close friends, Royal Becker and Kathy Topalian.
