She is survived by: her grandson Tyler; her pet Maxwell "Max"; her caregivers, Brittany, Neema, Bryce of Taylor, AJ, Debbie and Kylee; her daughters, Stefanie Smith (Shane), Deborah Dierkes (Mike) and Carey Whan; her grandchildren, Lilly Dierkes and Kyle Smith; her siblings, Linda Ulloa, Richard "Dick" Thomas and Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Kludy, Brian Thomas, D'Dree Leibold, Cora Whiteaker, Cindy Tarrence, David Tarrence, Jolene Zainy and Jana Kirkpatrick.
