He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Struck and Donna Struck (Lee); his wife Peggy Louck; his children, Jeffery Jr. Struck (Melisa) of Davenport, Mary Struck of Davenport, Robert Struck (Bree) of Davenport and Shawn Struck of Davenport; his grandchildren, Shawna and Ralph Brasch; his children, Brett, Kinidi, Abel Struck, Jace Kitzman, Reid McMahon, Makenna and Jaxon Struck; his siblings, Tracy Reed (Jim), Wendy Struck (Tim), Randy Struck, Kristy Struck and Tunney Jordan; and his cousin Robin Wolf.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may go to the family.
