He is survived by: his children, Juli Miller (Randy) of Wilton, IA, Tiffany Lievens (Tim) of Davenport, Dustin Reyes (Anna) of Davenport, Brittany Murphy of Eldridge and Eric Smith of Davenport; and his brother Randy Reyes. He is also survived by brothers and sisters; and a niece and nephew.
