He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Heyden and Laura Heyden (Sindt); his wife Janet; and his sisters, Lauretta Giese and Janice Goldermann.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sawyer of Muscatine and Wayne Blieu (Ruby) of Muscatine; and his brother Larry Heyden (Betty) of Seattle, Washington.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
