He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Justin and Joanne Justin (Gadient); his brothers, Joel and Jimmy Justin; his father-in-law Walter Hueser; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Matkovich and Mike Hueser.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Beth Bloodsworth (Todd) of Davenport, Stephen Justin of Davenport and Sarah Shippee (Jason) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Austin, Jackson, Ellie, Mason, Ellyse and Madalyn; his siblings, Janet Potter, Jerry (Becky), Jeff (Sue), Jay Justin (Mary) and Jennifer Justin; his mother-in-law Joyce Hueser; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy (Gary), Connie (Gary) and Jim Matkovich.
