He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Clarabel Marie Kosgard Sr. (Watkins); his wife Marilyn Jean Campbell; his stepfather Herbert Steiger Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Jane McMahon, Katherine Turner, Lillian "Tootie" Spratt and William.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Kosgard (Shelly) of Appleton, WI and Daniel Kosgard (Karen) of Bettendorf, IA; his granddaughters, Hannah Kosgard (Jossymar Garcia) of Appleton, WI, Sydney Kosgard of Los Angeles, CA and Stephanie Kosgard of Chicago, IL; and his great grandchildren, Flavia and Julian Garcia.
