He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cesar and Gloria Cesar (Arvey); his in-laws, Fred and Shirley Dahl; his brother-in-law Bruce Dahl; his uncle William Helmel; and his pets, Otto, Maggie and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Ann Dahl; his children, Jacqueline Graham of Summerville, SC and Cory Cesar (Nicole); his grandchildren, Danity, Cayden, Landen, Maxen and Ava; his siblings-in-law, Brian Dahl (Linda), Brad Dahl (Regina) and Brandy Harland (Donald); his sisters, Kris, Kim and Kelly; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Beertini's (3803 Rockingham Rd, Davenport, IA 52802).
