John Wiese Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 29, 2022 we had to say goodbye to John Wiese of Davenport, Iowa, born in Luverne, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wiese and Blanche Wiese; his wife Hanae Fujiwara; and his siblings, Daryl, Gerald and Shirley Hileman.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Allen (Deborah) and Michael (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Noah Wiese (Katie Knorovsky), Bethany Wiese, Peter Wiese, Sarah Vaughan (Doug) and Melissa Holter (Alex); and his sister-in-law June Wiese. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to St. Johns United Methodist Church or the Davenport Public School Scholarship Foundation: The John and Hanae Fujiwara Wiese Music Scholarship.
