He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Devlin (Deb) of Bella Vista, AR, Dennis Devlin (Olivia) of Davenport, Marc Devlin (Therese) of Davenport, Deanna McFadden (Mark) of Davenport, Jerry Devlin of Moline, Matt Devlin of Davenport, Jackie Shaw (Jeff) of Davenport and Jodi Ineichen (Joe) of Blue Grass. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
