He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard S. Peisch and Neoma R. Peisch (Mueller); and his wife Patricia Otten (Pat). He is survived by: his children, Doug and Lynn; his grandson Carver; and his sister-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and all his great friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials may be made to the St. Anthony's McAnthony Window, St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or the Humane Society of Scott County.
