With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph M. Kelley (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Kelley Sr. and Margaret A. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kelley; his children, Michael (Martha Boyer), Gerald and Brigid (Aric Anderson); and his grandchild Shea Patrick Boyer-Kelley.
