We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Joye Shipley of Davenport, Iowa, born in Promise City, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Doyle Radcliff and Elsie Radcliff (Culver); and her former life partner Don Shipley. She is survived by : her children, Buffie Wilcox (Chuck), Linda Gaither (Rodney), Beth Brauchler (Brian) and Larry Dhooge, Jr. (Kim); her grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Carrie, Skyler, Dalton, Klarissa, Thomas, Christopher and Savana; her great grandchildren, Everette, Emerson, Lilly, Tristan, Kayden, Brooks, Killian and Ezra; and her brothers, David Radcliff (Carol), Everett Radcliff (Marlene), Gale Radcliff (Olivia) and Steve Radcliff (Darlene).

Memorials may be made to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
