Roper II; her friend Penney; her children, Janie Evans, John E. Roper III (Yessica) and West; her grandchildren, Tanner Dye, Traeger Evans, Kylie, Elena and Kalen Roper; her sister Carol Schurman; and her niece Crystal Hedin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish a memorial at a later date.
