"Jerry" Engvall and Hamn; her husband David Arthur Johnson, Sr.; her children, Corrie Rauch (Chad) and David Johnson II (Tara McCaw); her grandchildren, Nathan (Jenna), Paige (Dory), Hope, Haley, David III, Christian, Aubrielle, Everleigh and Jenny; her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jade; her siblings, Jackie Trout and Sandra Russell; and her nephew Brad Russell. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
