She is survived by: her former husband Donald Jaques; her children, Zack Jaques (Rebecca Brown) of Davenport and Sheena Jaques of Davenport; her grandchildren, Calee, Hannah, Owyn, Calvin Jaques, D'Coda Meeks and Shaylynn Lacy; her siblings, Melodie Boyjisky (Michael) of Davenport, Laurie Carpio (Joe) of Bettendorf and Marvin Kane Jr. of Acworth, Georgia; her sons, Keven Jaques and Lance McKittrick (Becca Johnson); her grandchildren, Tyler, Lexi and Jenee Madsen; her great grandchild Kaden; Aubrey Lang.
