She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fulscher and Grace Fulscher (Hillock); her siblings, Susie Melton, Beth Holtman-Gannon, Nancy Moody and Teddy Fulscher; and her nieces and nephews, Teddy, Ray and Dana.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Simmons; her grandchildren, John, Michael, Shelby, Rose, Alexandria, Ethan and Naomi; her great grandchildren, Kelly, Christian and Leilani; her siblings, Jerry Fulscher (Pat), Moline, Janice Gilmore, Silvis, Donald Fulscher, Danny Fulscher and Mary Pisman (Kerry); and her brother-in-law Pat Moody (Colona).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the King's Harvest Pet Rescue.
