He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Jacobs and Pauline Jacobs (Novak); his father-in-law Garland Plies; his son-in-law Brian Cronkleton; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Plies, Todd Plies and Chow; and his pets, Harley and Willie.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Plies; his children, Jamie Cronkleton of Davenport, IA and Jennifer Chamberlin (Chad) of Durant, IA; his grandchildren, Cohen, Devin Cronkleton, Merin and Connor Chamberlin; his brother Michael Jacobs (Linda); his mother-in-law Joyce Plies; his brother-in-law Tony Plies (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Steve Jacobs (Kayla), Andy Jacobs (Amie), Katie Yarzak (Brett), John Jacobs (Ellen), Jeff Plies, Jr. (Tara), Tiffany Postell, Nick Plies, Grant Plies and Emma Plies. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; and countless close friends.
Memorial donations in Ken's name can be made to The University of Iowa Sarcoma Research Fund, Batting for Kids, Inc., or your favorite watering hole, where you are instructed to tie one on and tell a few stories of the great Ken Jacobs.
