He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hearn and Willa Mae Hearn (Dandridge); and his siblings, Bettie Hearn, Arnold Hearn, Rita Hearn and Charles Ray Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cagle; his children, Shontell Cagle, Troy Cagle (Jessica Cole), Deashantae Hearn, Kendrick Hearn, Chakendra Hearn, Kenearl Hearn Jr. (Jackie Tate) and Trezzie Robinson; and his siblings, Shirley Hearn, Marjorie Washington, Ronald Hearn, Willie Hearn, Katherine Hearn and Travis Hearn.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807).
