Pratt of Davenport, Iowa, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Lee Pratt; and his nephew Keith Taylor, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Pate Pratt (Pate); his sister Patricia Reinheimer; his nephews, Quinton Taylor, Nicholas Reinheimer and Spencer Reinheimer; and his niece Marcy Ramirez.
