He was predeceased by: his father Donald "Gus" Manley; his son Logan; his grandson Jaykob; his siblings, Jo Anne Clark and Bob; his brother-in-law Keith Kuriger; and his nephew Nate Wolfe.
He is survived by: his mother Gerry Manley (Kerkhoven); his wife Tracy Wagner; his children, Dalton Manley, Shayna and Amanda Helm of Bloomfield, IA; his stepchildren, Joseph Godfrey, Kyle Godfrey, James Salkil Jr. and Miranda Salkil; his siblings, Don Manley (Karen) of Davenport, Paul Manley (Kristi) of Davenport, John Manley of Davenport, Greg Manley (Tina) of Davenport, Brian Manley of Nashville, TN, Matt Manley (Deb) of Richfield, MN, Karen Wolfe (Steve) of Bettendorf, LeClaire of Bettendorf, Mary Eshelman (Dave) of Bettendorf, Ellen Jackson of Bettendorf and Therese Kuriger; and his brother-in-law Dennis Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
