He is survived by: his children, Cindy Koeppel (Bill) of DeWitt, Cheryl Honeycutt (Tom McBride) of Davenport, Carol Goodrick of Buffalo, Douglas Buffington (Corrine) of Preemption, Leslie Buffington II (Patricia) of Shenandoah and Joseph Buffington of Red Oak, Iowa; and his daughter-in-law Cathy Buffington. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
