She is survived by: her children, Dan Hoeper of Livingston, TX, Donna Hoeper of Lubbock, TX, Diana Bauman-Smith of Buffalo, SD and Charles Hoeper. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
