It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowetta Gaynell Williams of Davenport, Iowa, born in Savanna, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son DeAndre Williams of Davenport; her grandchildren, Alysia Woods of Davenport and Roment Thomas of Davenport; and her siblings, Billie Williams (Charlene) of Freeport, IL, Sammie Williams of Wichita, KS, Jacqueline Williams (Robert) of Davenport, IA and Rhonda Williams of Davenport, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
