She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Schwerdtfeger and Margaret Schwerdtfeger Sr. (Enderle); her siblings, Mary Claire Krell, Nyline, George, Harry, Glenn, James and Allen Schwerdtfeger; and her mother-in-law Anne Sexton.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Sexton (Dottie) of Asbury, IA and Sean Sexton (Maureen Mondora) of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Mia Palen, Michael Sexton (Kristina), Rick Sexton (Annie Stewart), Brittney Campbell (Colton), Patrick Dunfee, Kylie Miller, Andrew Miller (Elizabeth), Alec Miller and Adrian Alread; her great grandchildren, Demetrius, Spencer, Prudence, Oliver and Teddy; her brothers, Harold Schwerdtfeger Jr. (Shirley) of Bettendorf and Roger Schwerdtfeger (Rosamary) of Davenport; and her in-laws, Theresa Woodard, Sue Loose, Janie Richmiller, Kathy Creer and Bill Sexton.
