She is survived by: her daughter Brittany; her son-in-law Brandon McKinnis of Davenport; her son Jeremy Herzberg (Kristen Erbach) of Lebanon, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kevie, Carter, Kaia McKinnis, Paige Tamm, Hope, Samantha, Kendal and Bo Erbach; and her sister Dana Gilligan.
