Marilyn J. Sersig Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn J. Sersig of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Reimers and Gertrude Reimers (Beenk); her spouse Loyal Sersig; and her siblings, Shirley Winters and Henry E. Reimers.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sersig (Ann) of Davenport, Catherine Borcher (Jesse) of Davenport and Christopher Sersig (Erica) of Rock Island; her grandchildren, Jacob, Adam Borcher, McCullen, Octavia, Michaella Sersig, Aiden Thurman, Raiden and Lilly Swanson; her sister Kathy Sheppard (Jack) of Lake Bluff, IL; and her close friend Myron Swanson of Davenport. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
