He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Ormsby (Cedar Rapids); his daughter Sarah Katherine; his wife Sheri Ormsby (Johnson); his son-in-law Christopher Stewart (Des Moines); his pet Houndstooth; his sister Michele Johnson (Jerry); his brothers-in-law, Ed Johnson (Kathy), Greg Johnson and Tim Johnson (Kathy); his niece Katie Bys (Michael); his nephews, Seth Johnson, Eric Johnson (Sarah) and Adam Johnson (Katrina); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hudson, Addison, Savanah, Eli, Soliea, Evan and Jason.
