He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Ockenfels and Marceyne Ockenfels (Barker); his siblings, Maurice Jr., Gene, Debbie and Gerry; and his parents-in-law, Vivian Ockenfels, Dennis Maurer and Kilo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marge Maurer, Donna Renon (Fred), John (Deb), Andy (Kathy), Tim (Lisa), Cindy Ward and Chris (Verlaine); and his child Abuse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family has requested that memorials be directed to B.A.C.A. of Iowa, Quad Cities Chapter.
