We are sad to announce that, on July 20, 2022, at the age of 91, Martha Louise Border of Davenport, Iowa, born in Fort Madison, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben Doty and Mary Doty (Sly); her husband Lloyd Border; and her brothers, Herbert and Art.

She is survived by: her daughter Lori Meierotto (John); her sisters, Diane Sly (Fred) of Osage Beach, MO and Mary Ann Whitely (Neal) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sister-in-law Willa Doty of Kahoka, MO.

She also looked forward to her "Picnic in the Car" trips, especially during Covid, where she could get out and enjoy the scenery.

Memorials may go to St. Jude's Hospital for Children, St. Mark Lutheran Church or Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
