He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gott and Marie Gott (McGuire); and his siblings, Jimmy, Albert, Duane, Patty and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn F. Daniel of Davenport; his daughters, Lisa Neira (Milo) of Danville, Lorrie Riverso (Peter) of Broussard and Leslie Baker (Joe) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Nicholas Neira (Tonya), Amanda Neira, Jordan Gott, Jose Baker, Joey Baker (Bri), Cristal Baker and JoAnna Riverso; his great grandchildren, Ava, Jessa and Raya Neira; and his brother Donnie Gott (Nancy) of Longview, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cross Point Baptist Church (3400 W Central Park Ave, Davenport, IA 52806). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
