She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sterling and Bertha "Holly" Sterling (Hollinrake); and her siblings, Tony, Margie and Dan Sterling.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Kay Eckstein and Amy Gump (Joseph); her grandchildren, Josh Davis (Jessica Williams), Tia Davis (Brian Williams), Alyx Eckstein (Trenton Longton) and Sammy Sims (Ben Vetter); and her friend Diana Boyd. She is also survived by nine great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Cathedral.
