He is survived by: his wife Cindy Muhlenburg; his children, Shawn Swaim (Amy) of Morrison, IL and Tarah Lively (Josh) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Brayden, Koltin, Kinsley Swaim and William Cox; his brothers, Kenneth Jones of Rock Island and Bobby Manwaring of Crown Point, IN; and his friend Larry Bonnichsen of Davenport.
