He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Rankin (Alex); his siblings, Tom Stemlar, Kathy Weigand (John) of Glen Ridge, NJ, Sharon Theuerkauf and Anne Stemlar of Boston, MA; his former wife Luann Stemlar (Schwartz); and his nieces and nephews, Patrick (Brooke), Jack, Sidney, Grace, April and Nick.
