He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman J. Miller and Rose M. Miller (Dulansky); his brother Richard L. Miller; his siblings-in-law, Sue Miller, Rita O'Brien, Kerry and Barbara O'Brien; his parents-in-law, Agnes E. O'Brien and Joseph F. O'Brien, Sr.; and his niece Trisha Reid.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy O'Brien; his children, Nick Miller (Lori), David Miller (Marisa), Ann Lotz (Paul Ochs), Daniel Miller and Joseph Miller (Stephanie); his siblings, Norman J. Miller Jr. (Mary) of Norman's Standard Station, Stephen Miller and Mary Ann DeJulius (Lee); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Miller and Joseph F. O'Brien Jr.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews, friends and garden partners.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calendar Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (4105 N Division St, Davenport, IA 52806).
Memorials may be made to Clarissa C. Cook, Our Lady of Victory Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
