We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2022, at the age of 84, Norma J. Bredar of Davenport, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar E. "Red" Clark and Lavina Clark (Noble). She is survived by: her husband Herman A. Bredar; her children, Randall Bredar (Julie), Kimberly Guthrie (Todd) and Stephanie Tarter (Chad); her grandchildren, William, Hannah Bredar, Madeline Bartlett (Michael), Bonnie Smyth (Austin), Greta Guthrie, Lauren Husted and Caleb Tarter; her great grandchild Shane Bartlett; and her sister Doris Robertson.

Memorials may be made to the Ridgecrest Foundation or Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, both in Davenport.
