With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman J. Miller of Davenport, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose M. Miller, (Dulansky) and Norman J. Miller, Sr.; his brothers, Richard Miller and Nick Miller; his parents-in-law, Phillip and Frances Rogge; and his sister-in-law Sue Miller.
He is survived by: his brother Steve; his wife Mary C. Rogge; his children, Paul Miller (Kathy Benninger), Julie Pfohl (Tim), London and Ontario; his granddaughter Amanda Meute (Josh); his great grandchildren, Mallory and Jocelyn of Pineville; his siblings, Stephen Miller and Mary Ann DeJulius (Lee); his sisters-in-law, Joan Miller of Davenport and Cathy Miller of Davenport; Lee DeJulius.
