He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley Loomis and Wilma Marie Loomis (Stump). He is survived by: his wife Belinda Brown; his sister Shirley Weber; and his children, Penny Roberts (Jim) and Eric Loomis (Paula). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
